Instructor Led Training
Instructors within our Certified Navis Network (CNN) will deliver highly engaging and effective training for your team, where you need it and when you need it. We realize that you have many different needs and an array of variables when considering the best learning solution for you. Whether you choose standard or customized curriculum, we can bring a fully equipped classroom to you, we can utilize our network of classroom facilities, or we can provide virtual training utilizing the latest web conferencing technologies.

Some of our most popular instructor led training sessions include technical and desktop application training and business skills training. A variety of delivery methods are available to complement your objectives and corporate culture.

Training Delivery Methods
Topic Oriented Workshops
Our 90 minute ‘topic oriented workshops’ are focused on specific learning objectives that promotes a more concentrated learning experience. This flexible approach has been embraced by our clients as their employees are able to realize substantially more productivity during the actual workday while still obtaining the technology training that is required for superior job performance. Choose from a wide selection of over 100 workshops or we can custom design a workshop just for you.
Learning Labs
In addition to topic specific workshops, Navis Learning provides one on one coaching and learning environments called “Learning Labs”. Learning Labs are more than just training on specific topics, it allows the user to work on their real-world technology issue with a CNN Specialist. Our goal is to create a learning environment by leveraging the current issues that face the workforce. We do this by creating one-on-one sessions with the instructor to discuss their specific development and workflow requirements in their environment related to the desktop applications they commonly use. Typically learning labs are integrated into a daily schedule of learning sessions as a flexible approach to accommodate all users.
Virtual ILT
If you need to provide instructor-led training to people based in multiple or remote locations, bringing the learners to a single, centralized site may not be the most time, or cost effective option. Holding these classes in a virtual classroom on the Internet may be the solution for you.
Navis Learning’s virtual classroom makes it possible for learners to attend class anywhere that has access to an Internet connection and a phone line. Participants still attend a live class where they can interact with an instructor and other students.
Web-Based Training
Navis Learning offers your organization the one-stop convenience of a comprehensive, professional off-the-shelf content library with over 1,000 titles; each one is designed for a specific training objective.
