David Gomes
President
David is responsible for the daily operations of the business and works closely with the logistics staff and account management staff to provide the best possible solutions for our clients. David also serves as a member of the Technology Board for Learn.com, an e-Learning partner of Navis Learning.
After graduating with a B.S. in Finance and Business Administration, David entered the computer training industry as an Account Executive for Professional Development Group (formally known as PDG). David earned a role into the Senior Management Team and was promoted to Director of Training Sales by consistently being one of the top sales representatives in the company and establishing PDG as a leading provider of computer training services in the New England Marketplace.
After 8 years and with a new vision that computer training was changing at the corporate level, David left PDG. He joined forces as an equity partner and Vice President at CDrive Corporation in 1998 in charge of business development and strategic partnerships. His vision of leveraging the Internet as part of the corporate computer training solution has allowed Navis Learning to become a leading provider of instructor-led training programs. This, complemented by a host of web-based tutorials and a Learning Management System centralizes a corporate training program and creates an on-line ‘Corporate University’. David became sole owner and President of CDrive Corporation in 2001, now known as Navis Learning.

Lauren Prisco
Vice President, eLearning and Instructional Design
As Vice President of eLearning and Instructional Design, Lauren is responsible for defining the vision for our eLearning practice area and the custom solutions that we design and develop for our clients. She works directly with our clients and leads our team of instructional designers, graphic artists and developers to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency for all eLearning development and custom content projects. She also manages strategic alliances and the development and management of our proprietary methodologies.
Lauren received her BA from Boston College and has over 15 years experience in the training industry. Prior to joining Navis in 2008 she held various management positions for organizations such as Momenta Global, Learn.com, ePartners and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Respectively she managed a global Learning Management and eLearning division, managed a global LMS VAR channel, managed a national training division (providing client-facing training solutions), and provided and managed client advisory and training services. She is dedicated to tailoring solutions to the specific requirements and objectives of each client while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and maximizing usability.

David Franco
Vice President, Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development for Navis Learning, David Franco is responsible for the Technical and Business Skills training offerings, along with developing and managing client and business partner relationships. David also manages the Certified Navis Network and all related resources, instructors, and policies with a focus on continued improvements and effectiveness.
David has been in the training industry since 1997 when he was hired as Director of Operations for Progressive Solutions Corporation. David coordinated logistics for all the company’s training deliveries as the company grew from less than $1 million in annual revenue in 1997 to over $4.5 million by 2001. Initially a department of one, the Operations staff grew to 10 full-time employees and over 50 contract instructor resources. Leveraging his industry expertise and dedication to client satisfaction, David started AXIOM Training and Consulting Services, Inc in 2002. Axiom, a full service IT and Business Skills training organization, later merged with Navis in 2007.
Robin Gallagher
Director, Operations
Since November of 2000, Robin has been responsible for directing all operational logistics of technology solutions surrounding instructor-led training seminars, and web-based training for Navis Learning. She also administers client registration systems and is key in finding the right resources for each client’s needs.
After graduating with a BS in Communications/Media, Robin got her start at Massachusetts Bay Community College working in their newly-built Learning Laboratory; a facility for students to engage in self-paced learning. During her two-year tenure at MBCC, Robin assisted students with using computers, audio-visual equipment, as well as self-paced testing. Robin joined MBI Business Centers as a Training Coordinator, handling all registrations for customer training and assisting in training seminars.
Robin then pursued management in the training field working for Professional Development Group. She was quickly promoted to Scheduling Resource Manager, where she directed and coordinated all aspects of scheduling training seminars for the Instructor-led Training division. Robin also developed the standard operating procedures for all resource allocation procedures and designed an automated scheduling/registration program to aid workload.
Robin joined Knowledge Impact, Inc. as the Regional Scheduling Manager in 1999, where she managed the Scheduling departments and supervised the schedules of an average of 50 seminars per day. She also prepared company-wide schedules for public offerings at all Knowledge Impact sites across four states.
